Marriage Registration
An unadorned legal ceremony, where we make every effort to create a warm and engaging experience. One that reflects your values to honour the occasion.
Where:
- Your Home (Home Marriage}
- Our Home (In our beautiful garden with glass conservatory)
- A Venue of your choice
When:
A date, and time that is convenient for you and your two witnesses.
Required Documents :
- Copy IDs of the couple;
- 3x Passport sized photos of the couple;
- Divorce decree/death certificate should you have been married prior;
- Confirmation of ANC if applicable.
The legal registration consists of the following :
- We will prepare the registry documentation and Marriage Certificate before the event. (You will receive an Official Home Affairs Marriage Certificate [DHA 27] on the day of your ceremony.)
- Original documents are lodged on your behalf at Home Affairs. We will follow through to the point of the full registration of your Marriage onto the Population Registry.
