CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS POLICY
Both the client and ourselves have the right to terminate any agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered when cancelled by the client. Our aim is to ensure your absolute comfort with the process and with one of our Celebrant/Marriage Officers before you pay your non-refundable booking deposit. It is best in most circumstances to have a no-obligation, initial-intro meeting before any deposit is paid.
